Anand is very healthy. He thinks it is because he drinks lots of water. He tries new brands of bottled water all the time. He’s drunk three litres of water every day for years. He considers himself an expert on water. He’s drunk water from glaciers. He’s drunk water from springs. He’s even drunk water from Antarctica. He never drinks cold water, though. If you drink cold water, your desire to drink goes away and you drink less. That is why he’s always drunk water at room temperature.
