Randy loved challenges, and he loved making the world a better place. He worked for a non-profit organization and he led fund raising events for his organization almost every month. He also led discussions in the local university about poverty in the local community and how to reduce it. The student volunteers in these discussions led development activities in the low income neighbourhoods, and often asked for his ideas. At one point, he led a series of seminars on keeping healthy standards in low income households, too. Randy loved a challenge.
