Danny’s put up with a lot on his job. It’s dirty difficult and dangerous, and he does not get a lot of money for it. He’s been a firefighter for a long time, so he’s put out a lot of fires. He hasn’t put out fires everyday but that doesn’t mean his job is easy. He’s put in lots of time doing hard physical training everyday when there are no fires to put out. He’s also put out press releases after fires have been put out, to explain the cause of the fire and the total damage. The men from the press ask a lot of difficult questions and they are often not polite. Danny’s put up with a lot on his job.
