Wiley was a traffic cop. He stood out in the intersection directing traffic everyday. He stood out in the sun, and he stood out in the rain. When he stood out there, cars drove more carefully. He stood out in the intersection, but actually he moved a lot. He had to watch the cars from all directions. If he stood too still, the drivers did not notice him, so he moved a lot. He liked his work.
