"Cheesecake.
That's got to be one of my favorite desserts.
Have you ever had New York? Baked cheesecake.
There are so many different kinds of cheesecakes.
Some are lemony, some are creamy and custardy.
Some are heavy and dense.
Some are very, very light and fluffy.
Some are cheesy and some are not so much.
So I love cheesecake and I want to have more when I was a mountain climber.
I was kind of skinny.
I've been skinny all my life.
I still am.
I wanted to put on weight and I couldn't put on weight.
So I made a decision to try eating cheesecake every day.
It turned out there were two problems with that one.
It didn't work.
Two baking cheesecake all the time takes it.
It's a lot of work.
So I soon gave up on that one.
But I love cheesecake.
If you go into the stores, you can buy different kinds of cheesecake.
But you can see that the cheesecake follows fashions like I say, there are some cooks who pride themselves on the light fluffy, a souffle style cheesecake.
And personally, I don't care much for that.
I like mine to be dense.
Cheesy and a little bit sweet with a strong sharp flavor.
Just a, a real cream cheesy type of flavor.
Of course, a little lemon is there in there would be great or some chocolate, chocolate cheesecake has gotta be the absolute ultimate in luxury dessert with the possible exception of Miu.
But cheesecake has got to be it.
If you eat cheesecake too often, it's not very special anymore.
So be careful not to eat it too much.
So it stays special and then you can enjoy your cheesecake.
I think the perfect routine would have, would be to have cheesecake once a week.
