"Cream? Isn't it a wonderful thing? I love cream personally.

I know that some people like sweet things.

But to be honest, I far prefer creamy things than sweet.

Of course, sweet is nice, but too sweet is terrible.

And so I'd be much, much happier with just a little sweet and lots of creaminess.

I buy cream to put in my coffee.

I don't think many people put cream in their coffee anymore these days.

They get some cream subs substitute coffee whitener stuff like that.

I don't know, it just doesn't cut it for me.

I don't really care for that stuff.

I'd rather drink it black, but I like real cream.

I love it whipped cream.

If I make a cake, I'd like to put whipped cream on, on the cake.

Not icing.

I remember as a boy making the icing and it had tons of sugar in it.

It was way too sweet.

I didn't enjoy it when I discovered whipped cream.

I thought this is far better to put on a cake and you can put cream in cooking as well.

I did a stir fry uh about a month ago with some spinach and I put cream in it and then on top I put some cheese, sprinkled cheese.

Oh, my goodness.

It was so yummy cream is wonderful.

But I think you have to be careful.

I think it's not wise to consume a lot of cream with a lot of carbohydrates.

That's a bad combination.

If you're gonna have cream, have cream, if you're gonna have carbohydrates have carbohydrates.

If you're gonna have both, you're gonna have some health problems when you have the cream have it.

Maybe make sure you haven't had any food for, I don't know about an hour at least and don't follow up with carbohydrates right away.

Wait at least 2030 minutes.

Now.

I'm not a dietician and I'm not a doctor.

But my reason for saying this is because of the enzymes.

If you put the cream in your tummy, you're gonna get enzymes that will break down the fat in the cream, those enzymes will take over.

And then if you eat carbohydrates after a while, after eating this cream, uh, a while is lapsed, you won't digest the carbohydrates quite so quickly.

And that's a little bit safer.

If you put them in at the same time, you're gonna get lots of fat and carbohydrates in your blood at the same time and that's bad.

Take care and happy eating"
