Food colors when you go to the supermarket, you can buy lots of food and you might think, especially after going through the produce section, that this food is naturally colored.

But think again, a lot of the food that we get out of the supermarket has color added to it.

And most of that color is artificial.

There are different colors that we can add to the food to make it brighter and more appealing.

Maybe it looks tastier or maybe we think it looks real.

If it's greener, it must be better for us.

If it's redder like the meat, then it must be healthier and fresher and we get duped.

We get fooled by that color change the colors that they add fall into two broad groups.

They could be artificial colors or natural colors, sadly to say the natural colors are not as common.

They're more expensive and they often change the taste of the food a little bit in an unexpected way.

So producers don't want to add natural food colors.

Natural sounds better because it comes from nature must be good for us.

The artificial food colors have been tested and tested and tested and the people that test them are telling us they're safe.

On the other hand, there's lots of people out there who are suspicious, they feel that artificial food colors are not safe.

And indeed, there have been some studies that say artificial food colors change Children's behavior.

For instance, although not all Children and not all the time.

Another thing is they say with artificial food colors, they're safe if you use it by the intended consumption guidelines.

That means you don't eat massive amounts of that food.

If you eat too much, there could be possible bad effects.

So that sounds to me like artificial food colors are a little bit not so good, personally, I try to buy foods that don't have artificial food colors, although they're not as pretty looking and they're not as fresh looking.

How about you?"
