Story 3: First Day Jitters Morning Preparation Lucy stood in front of her mirror at 6:30 AM. Her new backpack sat by the door. She had packed it three times last night. Her laptop was charged. She had downloaded all the required programs. But her hands wouldn't stop shaking. She decided to make herself some chamomile tea to calm down. Classroom Introduction The bootcamp classroom had twenty students. The teacher, Ms. Rodriguez, asked everyone to introduce themselves. Lucy listened to their stories. Some were artists. Others worked in offices. But when it was her turn, Lucy's voice came out as a whisper. To Lucy’s surprise, , Ms. Rodriguez asked her to share one fun fact about herself instead.
