"Muffins.

Do you know much about muffins? I learned about muffins when I was in, I think it was junior high school.

We had a class and we had to make muffins and the teacher said muffins are easy to make.

That's why they're so great.

Indeed.

We all made muffins.

All junior high students made muffins and they were all good because they're pretty easy.

My teacher said there's the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients and you mix them together and you don't have to mix them too much.

In fact, they shouldn't be mixed too much.

Then you pour them into the muffin molds and bake them.

And that was easy and you can do all sorts of different flavors.

Some of the muffins were sweet, but you could also make savory muffins with a different sort of flavor, like a corn flavor or brand flavor.

Those are pretty popular too and the muffins are moist.

If you make a dry muffin, you've made a mistake.

However, I also came to the, uh sort of, uh, it came to my awareness.

I just learned about English muffins.

I've been eating English muffins for a long time, but I never really thought they were muffins.

It turns out they're the British variety of muffins.

The muffin that I thought of was the American muffin.

The British variety.

Well, I don't know how to make them and I, I haven't made them.

I always bought them but they're flat and they're delicious.

I always toast my English muffin with butter and then some kind of jam or peanut butter makes it taste great.

I suppose there's other ways to eat them too.

But I like them with lots and lots of butter.

The same with the English or, yeah, the American muffins.

You can heat them up before you eat them and put butter on them.

But a good sweet American muffin doesn't need anything.

It's good just the way it is and they're quick and easy to make.

You can make a whole bunch and put them on the counter and eat them over the next couple days.

Make sure they don't dry out though.
