"Podcasts.
You're listening to a podcast right now.
Do you listen to other podcasts? I'm quite interested in podcasts because of the sheer diversity of subjects that people are podcasting about.
It's really cool to see what you can learn and listen to.
Some of them are kind of like fiction.
Some of them are people chatting and some of them are really, really teaching things.
But for me, I don't actually listen to a lot of podcasts and the reason is podcasts are often quite long.
I don't know exactly what the average length is, but it seems it's up around 30 or 40 minutes long and some of them are longer than an hour.
That's a lot of time to listen.
And when I'm listening I wanna listen, I don't wanna do something while I'm listening.
I don't know, a lot of people do something while they're listening to podcasts and that's fine.
I don't mind it.
It's just not for me, I don't wanna do that.
I wanna sit down and listen or preferably lie down on a sofa and listen.
It's kind of like TV, without any screen or you could say it's kind of like the radio since I don't have a lot of spare time in my life.
I don't find much time to sit down and listen to podcasts as much as I'd like to my podcast.
The one you're listening to now, I like to average about three or four minutes.
I figure that's what most people can afford on a daily basis or even several, every other day basis, but much longer than that.
Uh, it's kind of iffy.
Most people won't listen when it gets too long.
At least not for a practicing podcast like this one and for informational podcasts.
Well, I find the long ones, they just don't keep the pace good enough.
It's kind of rambling.
It's fun and interesting and then it gets kind of long and before, you know, it, I've spent a lot of time listening to stuff that isn't really high quality.
So, I like compact and concise.
What do you like in podcasts?"
