Simple exercises.

Well, let a quick word here to begin with.

I am not a personal trainer.

I'm not a professional trainer and I'm not trained in training on exercises.

I'm just a person talking about simple exercises.

There's a lot of simple exercises that we can do if you have lots of money and you want to spend your money on a membership at a club.

I think that's great.

I'd love to do that too.

I just don't have enough time to go to the club these days.

Well, because of that, I wanna spend my time as well as I can and I do simple exercises.

I do mountain climbers.

That's where you lie down on the floor and push yourself up with your arms so that your toes are touching the floor and your arms are pushed out, holding you up off the floor and then one leg at a time, you raise your knee up to your chest and return it, then raise the other knee up to your chest.

You can do 30 of these or 60 of these anyway.

It's really simple and it's a great workout.

It also doesn't put a lot of stress on the joints.

There's no banging involved.

I think walking is another simple exercise.

It's vastly underrated.

More people should walk more.

It just helps you feel great all around.

And then there's stretching exercises in the English mind.

A lot of people don't think of a stretch as exercise, but stretching is great for flexibility and it's great for the body.

You can stretch by trying to touch your toes.

I mean, without bending your knees, trying to touch your hands behind your back, one going, one hand going over your shoulder, one going under, you can do head stretches and neck stretches, then you can do simple arm exercises.

Of course, your push ups are great and wonderful exercises for the core things like sit ups or crunches.

Those are great.

Just go to Google and type in, sit up or type in crunches, crunches exercises and you'll get a nice video showing you how to do them.

There's a nice simple collection of simple exercises.
