"Traveling.

What a nice thing to do.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could travel our whole lives or would it? I've done a lot of traveling compared to some people, I suppose I was lucky because I was sent to Africa to work as a volunteer for, uh, let's see, it was two years and I've come and lived in Japan.

So along the way, I've done quite a bit of traveling.

I think traveling broadens the mind.

I think that when you go to traveling, you start to learn that the world is bigger than just your country and people's values change and the things that you think are standard, absolute and normal are not so it could give you a wider worldview and a more tolerant worldview.

Well, that's the plus side.

But as I get older, I'm starting to wonder that maybe, perhaps some people shouldn't travel.

And the reason is that I think some people travel and then they confirm their prejudices, they say, yup, I'm right.

And these guys are wrong.

And in fact, instead of getting a wider world view or a broader worldview, they get a narrower worldview at the end of the day, I think it's best if people who want to travel, travel and if people don't want to travel, perhaps they shouldn't.

Now, that's not entirely correct.

There are some people I believe who don't want to travel, but if they did they would become much broader minded.

It's really hard to tell who's who and what's what.

But the best thing is just not to force people.

Now, if you want to go traveling, I think you should.

But always keep in mind it's better and more fun if you travel with an open mind and if you don't travel with an open mind, try to open your mind on your travels, then the world becomes a much more interesting place."
